What is GLview?
GLview (formerly OpenGL Extensions Viewer) is a reliable software which displays useful information about the support of OpenGL, Vulkan and Direct3D.

- Added Vulkan Physical Surface Formats list
- Upgraded rendering to Vulkan 1.3 with improved support for emulated Vulkan renderers using Direct3D 12
