I recently bought a GTX 1660 super from asus the thing is that I see benchmarks and the card is not performing as it should, in games like Spiderman miles morales watching videos in very high is usually seen running at 60-70 two while my graphic gives about 30-35 I know that not all graphics perform equally but a difference in all games merge fruit usually 30 fps to what it is supposed to yield I think it is too much, in some games it even performs like a 1650s I have a ryzen 5 3400G which I understand does not bottleneck and using the afterburner the graphics is at 100% while the cpu is doing well obviously depending on the game so I rule out the bottleneck, what could it be?

We cannot interpret the results from other benchmarks.

Indeed there is difference depending on the CPU and/or TDP
But not as crazy as you experience.
