I'm considering upgrading my GPU to the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX and I've been trying to get detailed specs for it. I know that shader processors are a key part of GPU performance, and I've seen different numbers floating around. Could someone confirm the exact number of shader processors (Stream Processors) for the Radeon RX 7900 XTX?

I understand that it's got 96 Compute Units, but I'm trying to verify how many shader processors that translates to. Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated!

To calculate the Stream Processors (shader processors), you multiply the number of CUs by 64, since each CU contains 64 Stream Processors. So, 96 CUs x 64 Stream Processors = 6,144 Stream Processors.

the RX 7900 XTX has 96 compute units, which usually means 6144 stream processors (96x64). But yeah, specs can be all over the place online, so it's always good to double-check.
